This home borders National Forest Service land, and sits above 3,800 elevation! You will love the luxury hot tub overlooking the sunset on this deck - STUNNING. Or maybe you would rather watch it from "The Sundowner's Swing" overlooking the view. The custom-built cabin is quaint, but spacious for six people. You won't want to leave!!

Good to know

The interior of this custom-built cabin is rustic, neat, and beautiful. The cabin itself is roughly 1,200 square feet, but the space itself is very roomy and comfortable. And at 3,800 feet elevation, you'll hardly need A/C!

Other Details to Note

This home has a private gate at the entrance to the driveway. Renters can choose to leave the gate open while they are staying at the home, but are asked to shut it as they leave.

Although there are other rental and personal homes on the same road, there is no sign of anyone around! This cabin is surrounded by forest that doesn't stop for miles, giving you just the perfect place to relax and unwind. You may even see some wildlife!

Guest Access

You wil have access to the full "farm" on top of the mountain! Picnic tables, a tadpole pond, the cabin itself, and the hot tub.

This house was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay! I will say please pay attention to the rules and drive a 4/all wheel drive vehicle. The driveway is very steep!

If I could give 10 stars I would! This was the best experience and we will definitely be returning. Like most of the other reviews, the pictures do NOT do the view justice. It was peaceful, secluded and exactly what our family needed. Thank you!!

The pictures listed, and ones I've personally taken, do no justice to how beautiful it is in person. I felt so lucky to have those couple days of absolute PEACE. I didn't know how much I needed everything this home offered. This was our small honeymoon, and personally I can't think of anywhere else we could have gone that would have surpassed this home. out of the other homes I wish listed, I'm beyond happy I chose this one. if you're looking for peace and quiet, sense of safety and nature at its purest, don't skip out on this one.

The views were absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. Wish I could share the ones I took. Breathtaking! If you are an outdoorsy person this is the perfect place. I honestly sat outside most of our stay. From sitting in the hot tub…to just chilling on the porch listening to all the sounds of nature…to taking a few strolls…so peaceful without any man made noise. Turkey and deer came through while we were there. The house was comfortable and cozy. Morgan answered any questions we had promptly. We had a wonderful time and are planning our next trip back!

Those were great 3 days that we spent with my wife in this cabin. The cabin is the best place to hide from the whole world. No neighbors within a couple of miles, stunning views especially early in the morning and at the sunset. From my personal experience: it might be the first time when the object in reality is better than on the picture. Long story short, the cabin exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and friendly - it was a great pleasure to communicate with her. 5 stars! Without a doubt!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved the gorgeous view at sunset and the hot tub. We did have some issues with the water being off during our stay, but the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Driveway definitely does need 4x4. We would love to stay here again!

Find us

This home is a 4-wheel drive ONLY access property. Unfourtunately, if you do not have a 4WD vehicle, you will not make it to this home. The road is privately maintained, and although there are nearly ten other property owners who have no issue making the drive daily, it can still be a tough haul. Other vacation rentals are on the road, and guests have had issues making the drive. It is steep and gravel, but absolutely worth the trek once you get to the view.
